Room like a garage

The only thing i can say about this hotel was the breakfast staff and breakfast itself. The rest is a disaster. Tv with no remote and only one channel. No hair dryer. Shower door hanging off very unsafe. Staff said they did not know these thing, but how can that be! We reported these thing several times then at check out, a hair dryer appeared and fixed the shower door but it was too late for us. Also there is no daily housekeeping as it states online.

La estancia fue muy agradable y pasamos un tiempo fantastico El entorno precioso y muy tranquilo. El personal super amable. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno rico. La piscina nos encantó. La conexion wifi y el aire acondicionado muy bien. La habitacion familiar muy amplia. En fin, no dudaria en volver.

Ausser der Zustand der Badewanne und die Probleme mit der Regelung der Wassertemperatur war alles super. Ganz besonderes großes Dankeschön an das Personal dass sehr flexibel war und für uns sogar eine halbe Stunde früher als vorgesehen mit dem frühstücksservice begonnen hat. Auch alle anderen Anliegen wurden sofort mit viel Freundlichkeit geklärt.

Don’t stay here

This hotel should not be advertised by you. There was no manager and three young men were left to run it. They didn’t have a clue and none spoke English which made communication almost impossible. The room windows and mirrors were filthy and the shower needed an olympic hurdler to get in it. The fridge didn’t work and the pathways up to our room were dangerous especially for older people. The bar was completely unstocked and permanently shut and the restaurant didn’t exist. A bag with alcohol in it mysteriously disappeared when we told them we were leaving after the first week. There was no way we wanted to stay any longer. We appreciate it was a non refundable booking but we want compensation for our second week. £1021 for this shambles of a hotel is a disgrace and if we don’t get satisfaction in this matter we will take it up with your CEO

Korkunç derecede kötü bir otel,odanın kapısı açılır açılmaz inanılmaz derecede wc kokusu vardı personel sadece gelip koku sıktı.odanın içerisi acayip şekilde rutubetli bütün mobilyalar ve yatak tarihi eser niteliğindeydi.oencerelerinde perde bile yok bu kadar para verip bu kadar kötü bir otelde hiç kalmamıştım.kesinlikle uğramayın çok daha iyi seçenekler vardır korkunç derecede pis ve eski

100% would stay again!

We ended up having issues with our previous hotels.com booking, and when we booked this one it was a wonderful upgrade. The view is PHENOMENAL, the staff kind and accommodating and it is within a 7-minute drive to downtown Kas.

Asla gitmeyin...

Merhabalar o kadar çok otelde kaldım ama ben böyle kötü bir otel görmedim. Kahvaltı vasat bile diyemiyorum. Kahvaltida biten seyler yenilenmiyor. Güler yüz hiç görmedim. Oda çok dar pis ve rutubetli havlular hic kurumuyor. Rutubetten saç kurutma makinesi kablosu yemyesildi.Sifon sesi sabaha kadar size eşlik ediyor.Yataklari rahat değildi.Havuza uğramadık bile havuz demeye bin sahit lazım. Çocuk havuzu gibi.Arabanizla gelirseniz park sizin için büyük sıkıntı çünkü yer yok. Gece nobetcisi ayrı degisik biri. Kısacası gideyim stres atayim derseniz uzak durun strese girersiniz. Bilgilendirme filan da yok. Interneti de çekmiyor. Aksam yemeklerini yemedik ama tahminim iyi değildir.2 Gün kaldık ama geçmek bilmedi. Resimlere aldanıp asla aldanmayın. Sabah lobinin önünden geçerken günaydın gibi seyler pek duyamazsınız. Kahvaltımızı bitirmeden hemen topluyorlar o yüzden acele etmelisiniz.

Küçük ama temel ihtiyaçlarınızı rahatça karşılayan bir otel. Çalışanlar ilgili ve samimiler. Ufak aksaklıklar olsa da hızla müdahale ediyorlar. Kahvaltısı güZel, suyunuzu çayınızı eksik etmiyorlar. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik, hepsine çok teşekkürler

ekonomik odayı tercih etmeyin

otel genel olarak güzel, fakat ekonomi odalari cok vasat. yataklar rahatsiz, banyo daracik. diger odalari tercih ederseniz memnun kalirsiniz ama ekonomiyi tercih etmeyin. otel personeli bizi rahat ettirmeye calisti fakat oda gercekten kotuydu. yine de tesekkurler.

Kötü hatta berbat bir işletme...

Otelin ekonomi oda diye belirtilen bir odasında konaklamak için hotels.com'dan rezervasyon yaptık. Tatil planımız gereği otelde fazla vakit geçirmeyeceğimiz için büyük bir beklentimiz yoktu. Düzgün bir yatak, temiz banyo-tuvalet ve klima bizim için yeterliydi. Otele 13:45 gibi ulaştık. Odanın hazır olmadığını belirttiler.5-10 dk sonra hazır diye odaya çıkardılar. Odaya girdiğimizde küçücük bir oda ile karşılaştık. Hotels.com'daki fotoğraflar ile alakası yoktu. Banyo temizlenme amacıyla su tutulmuş, yerler ıslaktı ve pek hijyenik değildi.Başta söylediğim gibi büyük bir beklentimiz olmadığı için sorun etmedik. Çift kişilik oda istedik fakat birleştirilmiş iki tane tek kişilik yatak ile karşılaştık. Yatağa oturduğumuzda yatağın kırık olduğunu fark ettik ve yetkiliye bilgi verdik. Bizi dışarı alıp sadece bazayı değiştirdiler. Sorun kısmen çözüldü. Daha sonra tuvalet sifonunun arızalı olduğunu tespit ettik. İptal etmek istediğimizi bildirdiğimizde iptali hotels.com 'u arayarak yapabileceğimizi bildirdiler. Telefon ile hotels.com'a ulaşmaya çalışırken!!!! başka bir oda ayarlayabileceklerini söylediler.Sırf daha fazla uğraşmamak ve tatilde canımızı sıkmamak için kabul ettik. Kaldığımız odanın camları leş gibiydi. Oda yine gelişi güzel temizlenmiş. Tuvalet kirli ve bizden önceki çıkan kişilerin kullandığı sabun bile banyoda duruyordu. Konuyu uzatmamak için kabul ettik. Odadaki klima yetersizdi hiç soğutmuyordu. Banyoda 10 dk soğuk suyun gelmesi için beklemek zorunda kaldık.

Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve sempatik, kahvaltı iyi seviyede, dubleks oda küçük çocuklu aileler açısından çok tercih edilebilir değil.( Merdiven cikisi, üst kat korkuluğu vb. acıdan) bunun dışında odanın konumu ve genişliği güzel. Otelin kendine ait plajı mevcut değil.

Kısa bir durak olarak tercih ettiğimiz butik otel tarzında nezih bir işletme. Çalışanların ve otel sahibinin güleryüzü odaların temizliği bizi gerçekten mest etti. Kesinlikle sessizlik manzara istiyorsanız özellikle gün batımını bu otelden farklı bir şekilde izleyeceksiniz...Tavsiye ederim.
