The hotel itself does have access to the waterside loungers however you have to walk down a gravely path then steps for about ten minutes. Basically the hotel shares the waterside (sea) access and loungers with another hotel / club. Club Antiphellos does not have it's own restaurant or breakfast facilities - you have to walk down the path to the other hotel by the sea and pay extra for the buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast is reasonable, however we did have to ask for plates, bowls, yogurt, and croissants on two days running. If you want fresh orange juice or an omelette this comes at an additional cost too on top of the breakfast you have already paid for! We had a garden room close to the lovely swimming pool which was a little cramped for 2 adults and 3 kids. The room was ok but had not been updated or maintained for quite some time, interesting electrics, paint flaking etc. The hotel in general was in general in my opinion in a fairly poor state of repair, electric wires and random lights (not working) hanging from the trees, an old BBQ area in a state of disrepair, no shower head or attachment in the shower by the pool.... Burası hakkında söyleyecek çok şey var ama öncelikle burası bir otel değil bir pansiyon. Aslında pansiyonda daha fazla hizmet mevcut. Fotoğraflarından bakıp aldanılacak çok şey var. Mesela artık bir plajı yok. Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz o harika plajı bırakmışlar onun yerine başka bir otelin plajını kullandırıyorlar. Oraya da misafir kartı verip giriyorsunuz ama bize hiç kart vermediler onun yerine “gidin girersiniz sorun olmaz” denildi. İlk gittimizde ise “kart yoksa kişi başı 50₺ giriş ücreti vermeni lazım” cümlesiyle karşılaştık. Kart verilmediğini öylece gitmemiz gerektiğini söylediğimizde anlayışla karşıladılar aldılar. Sonraki 3 günde de kartsız girdik ve kabul ettiler.bir de otelle deniz arasında da keçi yolunda inip çıkmanız gerekli. Kahvaltı da aynı şekilde kart alıp başka bir restorana gidip yapılıyor. Kahvaltısı standart normal ama güzel bir manzarası var. Hiç bir açıklamada bu durumdan bahsetmemeleri büyük ayıp oraya gittiğimizde her şeyin kartla başka otellerden olduğunu görünce şaşırıyoruz. Havuzu da biraz bakımsız içindeki yaprakları vs görünce hiç giresimiz gelmedi. Odalardan bahsedecek olursak otel eski ve biraz bakımsız. Bazı odalarda tv yok. Tuvalet kapıları camlı. Arkadaşla kalındığında sıkıntı yaratabilir. Ayrıca odalar bayağı küçük. Otel kesinlikle fiyatını hak etmiyor. Genel olarak fiyatların yüksek olduğu kaşta aynı fiyata başka yerler mevcut. Bizim için otel hep son planda olur. Problemleri çok dert etmeyiz fakat bu kadar pahalı olmasına rağmen saçma sorunlarla karşılaşmak can sıktı. Sorunlardan önce otelle ilgili bazı bilgiler veriyim. Otelin restoranı veya plajı yok. Başka plaj veya restoranı kullanma hakkına sahipsiniz. Genelde kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için favori yerlerimiz olduğu için restoranı zaten kullanmadık. Plaja gelince... Sadece ilk gün geç gittiğimiz için bir iki saat denize girelim diye gittik. Plaja ulaşmak 10 dk. Mavi bayraklı denilen plajı şöyle özetleyeyim. İstanbul'da yasayanlar bilir. Büyükada'dan hallice :) suya girerken büyük bir pislik yığınından geçmeniz gerekiyor. Mavi bayrak şartlarından sadece köpek giremez şartını kontrol ediyorlar sanırım :) Problemlere değinecek olursam. Odalar çok küçük. Önceki konaklamadan kalmış yarım tuvalet kağıtlarını koymuşlar. Yataklar aşırı uyduruk kırıldı kırılacak gibi. Odada çekmecesi düşen dolap çivi ve lastikle tutturulmuş. Ayrıca tuvalet kapısı salon kapısı gibi şeffaf :) Bunun dışında en can sıkıcı nokta yan odadaki işsiz insanın bizi sabah 5.30a alarm kurmakla suçlamasıydı. Otel sahibiyle birlikte bizi bununla suçladılar. Israrla bizim olmadığımızı söylememize rağmen suçlamaya devam ettiler. Kaldı ki alarm kuran her kimse onun suçu değil. Odalardaki yalıtım o kadar dandik ki fısıldasam yan odadakiler duyar zaten. Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Geç kalmamıza, gecenin 12 sinde otele varmamıza rağmen yine güleryüzle karşılandık, herşey çok güzeldi sadece 2 eksik dışında. İlk olarak yatak çok rahat olmasına rağmen gıcırdaması biraz can sıkıcıydı, gıcırdamasına çözüm bulamadık, ikincisi ise wifi hizmetinden hiç ama hiç faydalanamadık. odaları bırakın otelin bahçesinde bile wifi çekmiyordu. Ama sorun olacak şeyler mi, değil bence, çünkü sessizliği, huzurlu ortamı, kişiye özel havuzlu oda seçeneği, güzel bir sabah kahvaltısı, nar-mandalina-limon-zeytin ağaçlarıyla sarılı muhteşem bir ortamda bir iki eksikliğin lafı edilemez. Ayrıca güleryüzlü çalışanlara teşekkürü bir borç bilirim. Odadaki klima çok ses çıkarıyordu. Odada çöp kovası ve banyoda havlu asmak için yer yok. Otelin kahvaltısı çeşitli fakat basit şeyleri bile yetiştiremiyorlar. Çünkü çalışan sayısı çok az ve yaşça küçük kişiler çalışıyor. Otelde kalanların tümü aynı anda kahvaltıya inse yer bulamazsınız yeterli masa yok. Bahçenin ortamı güzel. Plaja yürüyerek gidiyorsunuz. Plajın işletmesi başka birine ait ve buranın yemekleri ve sunumu çok daha iyi. Plaja giriş ücreti veya şezlong ücreti ödemiyorsunuz. Akşamları otel tamamen ölü. Merkeze inmezseniz tek yapabilceğiniz şey odada kalmak. Yakın otellerdeki akşam yemeği organizasyonu ve müzik maalesef burada yok.Bu bizim için en sorunlu kısımdı. Bu oteli, suyun bile parayla satıldığı ve misafirlere insanca yaklaşmaktan uzak yerlerle karıştırmayın. Ayrıca konumu çok güzel.. Harika bi koyda yüzüyorsunuz. Plajı da olağanüstü. Plajında da İsmail bey ve ekibinden aynı samimi ve iyi niyetli yaklaşımı görecek ve ev yapımı, temiz ve son derece lezzetli yemekleri çok makul fiyata yiyeceksiniz. Otel rengarenk çiçeklerle sizi karşılıyor ve sıcak bir ortama sahip, otelin kendine ait olan koyu gerçekten çok güzel sezon başlangıcı olmadığı için ordaki bar alanı açık değildi ve sezona yapılan hazırlıktan dolayı ortalık biraz fazla dağınıktı yinede suyun güzelliği gözardı etmenize izin veriyor. Odalar ferah ve gerçekten çok temizdi, otel açık büfe kahvaltı vermekte fakat çok büyük hayaller kurmayın kahvaltı konusunda kendini geliştirmesi gerekiyor. Otelde bizim için en büyük sorunlardan biride WIFI kaldığımız odada kesinlikle çekmiyordu. En güzel yanı sıcak içicekler ve su konaklamanız boyunca ücretsiz bu çok hoş bir jest, otel personelleri genç ve güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.
