Located in Kas, within 5.3 km of Lycian Rock Cemetery and 37 km of Kekova Sunken City, Akdeniz Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. The property features sea and mountain views, and is 49 km from Myra Rock Tombs.  
  
Featuring a Blu-ray player, the villa has a kitchen with a fridge, an oven and a dishwasher, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with a shower and a hot tub. Towels and bed linen are provided in the villa.

The villa offers a hot tub. After a day of hiking, snorkelling or cycling, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area.

We fell in love with it at first sight and have been living here ever since.Advantages of the location of my villa:- a peninsula, a quiet elite place with typical buildings in the Greek-Roman style - a safe place: at the entrance to the peninsula on the only road there is a police station with cameras - a quiet place: neither roads nor mosques are heard. Old buildings without big noisy hotels - a beautiful place: the Greek side of the peninsula overlooking Kastelorizo - the last inhabited Greek island. Regular ferries to the island from Kas. Rhodes is 4 hours by ferry and half an hour by plane. - good weather, little wind, warm sea - sea 5 minutes walk. comfortable descent, not a mountain - top restaurant Zaika 10 minutes - tennis court 5 minutes - shop 10 minutes - playground in the villa (which is rare for Kas) - 10 minutes to the center of Kas by car - a great place for morning jogging. Ring road around the peninsula 4.5 km - 2 beaches with a comfortable entrance within walking distance. One ideal for children. - a playground in the back garden, which is a rarity for villas in Kashem - we live 3 minutes from the villa.
