"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"The property is as nice as the pictures and in many ways better. You are a 10 minute walk from a lovely little village with 4-5 tavernas, depending on the day of the week. Plus for those who love an evening walk to ice cream or perhaps a night cap...perfect! New Styra is only a 7 minute drive with a lovely beach and many tavernas. We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. "This is a great house in a remote quiet "village" area of the Evia island. The backyard/garden looks like paradise, and it had a gate to a beach that wasn't called private, but it was almost private considering only another 1-2 houses had access to it most of the time. While the beach 2 minutes away from us was crowded, we enjoyed this isolated beach a few times a day.The host was extremely responsive and helpful, even helping us arrange the taxi pick-up and drop off.CONS:The tap water is not...
