"Owners did a great job of providing anything extra you might need. Decorations were cute and the area is great. Privacy and communication were good. However, the beds were awful. I'm sure the use of kayaks, etc would be nice, but we left early after a very bad night's sleep and didn't utilize them."

"It had just rained like a monsoon, but it was still really clean. Instructions were easy to follow. It was a great place to stay and more affordable than lots of other places around there."

"The house was dirty, the AC unit was blowing out dirt and dust which ended up getting me sick. The shower has black mold along the bottom and we were welcomed with a woman’s used hair tie in the shower. The hot water wasn’t working in the shower. There were open wires in the cabin where an outlet should have been and dead bugs everywhere. We kept finding them in the bed, couch, kitchen counter top and even in the bowls. This place hasn’t had a review in over a year and now I see why. We absolutely loved Caddo lake but coming back to this house was such a disappointment. It’s also located in a RV park. The host tried charging me 75 for our service dog which is against Vrbo policy’s. Once we arrived at the house the communication with the host stopped. Would not recommend staying here. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. The lake and the view were SO relaxing, and the houseboat was comfortable. There were 3 of us, so quarters were a little tight, but fortunately we all like each other. Lol. We took one of the boat tours from Johnson Marina next door, which we also highly recommend. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great place to stay, and the host was very responsive."

"Property was as advertised. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated. We found the location great, 5 minutes from family dollar, 5 minutes from caddo state park, 12 minutes from Johnson’s marina, 17 minutes from Jefferson. Host was very good with communication. Would definitely stay again. "
