Bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 1'800 m2 with trees, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat with motor (on request). Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 15 km, bus stop "Forsnäs" 4.4 km, railway station "Karlstad" 20 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 480 km, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km, lake Gapern 170 m. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Please note: fishing \[permit required\] (extra).  
"Gapern", 4-room house 75 m2\. Wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
