Very pleasant stay. Staff were excellent. Rooms very clean, tidy, and spacious. Having dinner available (Wed was fish & ships) was nice and food was actually pretty good! Great location. We would definitely return here if in the area.

Everyone of the staff here were friendly and helpful. The meals are very good and there is a good variety of thing to eat for vegetarians and even a gluten free area. Sauna was very nice. There are places to relax.

Lovely overnight stay. Hotel close to the train station. Lovely welcome, lovely food, lovely bed. The hotel itself has seen better days and my room smelled rather musty.

The nicest staff! The hotel is charming and the food was great, but the kindness and attitude of the receptionists were definitely the key factor that elevated our stay! Thank you for a memorable visit to Karlstad and Hotell Drott!
