Ein großer Vorteil der Wohnung ist die direkte Nähe zum Strand. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, den kann man abends vor dem Schlafen gehen nochmal zum Abkühlen nutzen. Die Gegend ist landschaftlich traumhaft. Man hat oben sehr hohe Berge und unten das Meer. Die ständigen Kurven beim Autofahren können allerdings ganz schön nervig sein. Allerdings gibt es im Ort weder Bäcker noch Supermarkt. Dafür muss also bis Karlobag gefahren werden.
