A rare thing-- a place that is better than it appears in photos. Comfortable room with extremely thoughtful touches, like a lighted closet, hairdryer, robe and slippers, kettle, blackout curtains, snd great AC. I didn't try the food-- I'm sure it's at least good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt very at ease.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room
The exhaust fan was not working as well
