Yes room was good. Staff were courteous. When i got to hotel i was told my booking had been cancelled. If i wanted a room i had to pay at the hotel which was more than what i was originally quoted. Location of hotel was good. Near the metro tram and mamaray. Restaurants near by. Gulhane bazaar 2 min walk.

Great experience from arrival to departure. Staff was very kind, generous and helpful. Room was beautiful with plenty of space for myself and 2 kids. Wish we would have been able to spend more than 1 night there. Location was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay here again if in Istanbul in the future.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!
