8.6/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
The hotel itself was fine but the restaurant was a DISASTER!!
They kept getting our order wrong and the quality was terrible. For example my 'salad' was just a pile of plain lettuce, NOTHING else!!! Horrendously over-priced for very poor quality and service. I will say the lady receptionist was excellent. She apologised, sorted the mistakes out and gave us 15% discount but she could not, of course, improve the awful meal.

9/10 Wonderful! (727 reviews)
Everyone was very helpful and kind. The hotel was beautiful, and our room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I hope we will come back soon.
