The spacious “Imbachhorn” apartment is located in the new building of the Oberaigenhof, a modern farmhouse in a fantastic location directly on the Maiskogel ski slope. With its separate entrance and cozy, modern alpine-style furnishings, it offers the perfect home away from home for your holiday in the Salzburg region.

The apartment boasts free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a balcony with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Here you can enjoy relaxation, comfort, and the unique atmosphere of a genuine farm holiday – combined with modern living comforts.

With space for families or small groups, the “Imbachhorn” apartment is ideal for your summer or winter holiday in Zell am See-Kaprun. The ski lift is in the immediate vicinity, and hiking and biking trails start right at the doorstep.

For larger groups, it is possible to book the “Imbachhorn” and “Kitzsteinhorn” apartments together – accommodating up to 18 people. Upon request, we can set up a dining area with an additional table so you can enjoy your meals in good company.

Relaxing

Excellent location with marvellous view, very good for short and longer hiking tours. To recommend "Kaiserschmarrn" at Schützingalm and "Apfelstrudel" at Maiskogelalm Ranch. We very much can recommend to stay there!

Gerne wieder - insbesondere mit Kindern!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche bei Gerlinde und Franz mit Ihrer Tochter Christina. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und die Badezimmer zahlreich. Die Einrichtung und Aufmachung ist modern und total gemütlich. Kindern haben Platz sich zu bewegen und können sich zudem auf dem Hof absolut frei bewegen. Die Nähe zum Kitzsteinhorn hat uns eine tolle Skiwoche verschafft. Wir danken für die super erholsame Woche bei Euch in Kaprun und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

nette ontvangst (even vooruitbellen en dan is een tikje vroeger dan afgesproken (1600 is toch wel wat laat) aankomen geen punt). accommodatie is prima in orde. een ruim huis met geweldig uitzicht en prima positie halverwege de (familie)-piste. voor tocht naar dorp of andere (grotere gebieden) heb je wel echt auto nodig lopen naar dorp of skibus is zeker 20 minuten bergaf/op. huis was heel netjes ook met goed uitgeruste keuken. woon/keukenruimte is wat karig aangekleed (gemütlich is het niet echt).

We werden ontvangen door de eigenaresse en zij leidde ons rond en vertelde het een en ander over het huis, het gebruik ervan en gaf ons tips voor skischool etc. Het huis was prachtig met overal veel ruimte. Een enorm pluspunt is dat het aan de piste zit. Zo konden we makkelijk even een piste pakken terwijl oma op de kinderen paste. Ook erg fijn is de aardige eigenaresse. Toen onze kinderen meerdere malen hun bed onder hadden gespuugd bleef zij de was behulpzaam en meelevend aannemen. Bedankt daarvoor! Een klein minpuntje zijn de werkzaamheden die vanaf 6 uur beginnen door de - Ik neem aan- boer. Hij start zijn tractor om 6 uur recht onder het raam. Meerdere van ons werden hier elke dag wakker van.

Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw met een korte heldere uitleg over en een kleine rondleiding door het appartement. Het appartement is ruime van opzet, schoon, compleet en van de nodige gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht over het beneden gelegen dorp Kaprun is fantastisch. Voor de wintersportvakantie een prima locatie. Zeker omdat je zo vanuit het appartement de piste op loopt, ski's of board onder en gaan.

Kaprun is een geweldige locatie en Oberaigen M is een keurig en net appartment. De inrichting is keurig en helemaal afgestemd op de wintersport. Een echt gezellige woonkamer ontbreekt. Voor de wintersportgangers is deze locatie perfect aan de piste. Helaas waren wij er in de zomer -)
