Skiurlaub Großfamilie

Das Haus und die Betreuung vor Ort waren wunderbar. Der Service der Agentur Belvilla war miserabel schlecht. Nicht erreichbar. Fehlerhafte Nachrichten trotz massenhafter, daher nerviger, Emails von Belvilla. Nie wieder über diese Firma buchen!!!

Wij kwamen veel te vroeg aan maar de ontvangst was top. We mochten meteen naar binnen, de bergbaanpasjes werden direct gemaakt. Alle hulp werd direct aangeboden, gebruik van wasmachine, broodjesservice etc. Wij vonden het super. We zijn 2 weken geweest en hebben ons, ondanks het wisselende weer, niet verveeld.

Ruim huis met 2 balkons, goede bedden, goed sanitair. Rustige ligging aan de rand van Kappl, mooi uitzicht over het dal, Winkels, restaurants, bushalte en kabelbaan op loopafstand.

Mooi gelegen, spijtig dat de dalafvaart niet meer open was anders kon je vanuit het huisje naar de lift skiën. Nu dienden wij de auto te nemen en na een rit van 5 min parkeerden wij aan de lift. De accommodatie is aan vernieuwing toe, hoewel alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. De vernieuwingen staan gepland dus hier zal in de nabije toekomst verbetering in komen. Het is rustig gelegen, doch kort bij het centrum en de winkels. Skigebied in Kappl is klein, maar gezellig, leuk om met ons 3 jarig zoontje bezig te zijn op de ruime voorziene kinderpistes. Kort bij het skigebied Ischgl en See (30min)

Een ruim huis, maar vonden het niet leuk dat de eigenares alle dagen in alle kamers de vuilbakjes kwam controleren en ledigen ! Het keukengerei was aan vervanging toe !

Een heerlijk simpel vakantiehuis direct aan de piste vlak voor de gondel. Het huis is netjes maar simpel Oostenrijks ingericht. Een goed gelegen vakantie woning voor groep of gezin. Wij zijn er nu ongeveer 8 keer geweest en hebben het er altijd prima naar ons zin. Nadeel is dat het warme water na 1 bad een half uur moet bijladen en dat we de tv eigenlijk niet in de opties mogen benoemen. De WiFi wekt naar behoren. Bij hotel post kun je prima eten voor weinig geld op 5 min afstand lopen.

Als er voldoende sneeuw ligt kan je vanaf je verblijf vertrekken met de ski's naar de skilift. Zoniet, dan moet je een stukje wandelen tot aan de kerk. Goed eten in een aantal restaurants of winkelen in de lokale Spar.

The house has a good situation and it\'s the perfect choice for family with kids! But there were some downsides we didn\'t like at all (Feb. 2014). The dishwasher was probably very old and it actually left all dishes dirty. For some reason it was pretty chilly all the time and some of us got seek eventually. And the last frustrating thing was the internet there were 8 of us and they gave us only two limited access to wi-fi for one week, but then charged as for full service. I hope in the future they will fix this.

We have in this house with the whole family (11 people) had a wonderful ski holiday. The house is situated on the slopes and you are close to the town center of Kappl. You are also very fast in Ischgl ski area with 240 km.

Nice hostess. Kameralnie.Za far to the ski bus - but it is 100 meters from the top of the skiing! And back on its feet or two ski buses. Therefore, we drove to Ischgl cars.
