About this property

Beach View Condo - Few Steps from Napili Beach - The Napili Bay Resort #111

  • The Napili Bay Resort Unit 111 is a ground level studio right on the shores of Napili Beach. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this crescent-shaped beach, celebrated for its calm, crystal-clear waters. Ranked among Maui’s top two beaches by both Tripadvisor and US News & World Report, Napili Beach promises a great tropical retreat.

WHAT MAKES THE PROPERTY UNIQUE? Nestled in a prime location within the condo complex, our unit offers a rare combination of privacy and breathtaking views that set it apart from other condos in Napili. The beach is just steps away, allowing you to effortlessly grab a sandwich or drink from inside the unit and be back in the water within seconds. From the lanai, soak in the breathtaking vistas of the beach, swaying palm trees, and awe-inspiring sunsets. The lanai’s adjacent lawn experiences virtually no foot traffic, providing an overall secluded ambiance. Despite its proximity to the beach, our unit is perfectly positioned to offer tranquility, shielding you from the noise of the beach crowd and the sometimes overwhelming crashing waves.

WHY CHOOSE THIS AREA? Discover the authentic charm of old Hawaii at beautiful Napili Bay, nestled in a neighborhood untouched by high-rise buildings. Thanks to local zoning laws that forbid any structure taller than the palm trees, you’ll experience the true essence of Hawaiian paradise. Whether you’re indulging in swimming, snorkeling, or simply unwinding on the soft sands, Napili Beach offers the perfect escape. Plus, our budget-friendly condo complex ensures that you won’t find a more idyllic spot on Napili Beach at such an unbeatable rate.

Excellent location

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this studio condo. It had everything we needed and we love the beach. It has a nice patio to enjoy a quieter view of the beach. This beach is a gem (and comes with with lots of sea turtles). Highly recommended!

The room was great! The toilet handle needed to be fixed, but not a big issue. When we arrived the dishes had been put back in the cabinets, but were not clean. Other than that, the views, the access to beach, it was all great! We will be returning!

the smell from outside was absolutely horrible. we left after 3 days. I had tried to cancel room in November when I found out there was no pool. Owner didn't understand the meaning of my handicapped husband could not walk on sand. So I didn't bother to let him know we were leaving. The unit is nice. But that smell was 24 hrs a day and there is some sewage pond below the room.
