We would also like to thank all the other staff for their friendliness and excellent service throughout our visit. We sincerely appreciate everyone’s care and would love to return again. "Maya Ubud Resort & Spa was an unforgettable stay. My room had 2 balconies that offered stunning views, and waking up to the sounds of nature each morning brought a deep sense of peace and tranquility. The infinity forest pool was beautiful, but the river infinity pool was my favorite- Truly a one of a kind experience surrounded by jungle. The food was spot on, and there was daily entertainment with live bands and performances, which added so much to the atmosphere. On top of it all, the resort is perfectly located in the heart of Ubud, making it easy to reach most of the area's famous attractions while still feeling like a private escape. "

"Room is clean, staff are very nice and friendly. I left my hair flat iron in the hotel, when I message them, the staff went above and beyond to get it deliver to us in Uluwatu, about 2.5 hours drive. I have very much please with their customer service. "

"This is a very quiet, under-the-radar resort located in a peaceful part of Bali. It’s definitely not the place if you’re looking for noise or a lively atmosphere, but if you want genuine relaxation and tranquility, this is a great choice. Special thanks to Chris and his team who made an extra effort to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort has a huge swimming pool which was a highlight for us. There is a restaurant on-site, though dining options within the hotel are limited. That said, there are a few good local restaurants nearby so you still have some nice choices. One downside is that parts of the property feel a little dated but considering the age of the hotel, it’s not too bad. It would also be nice to see more activities especially for kids to make it more family-friendly."
