"When I checked in, the front desk agent was very friendly and quickly got me set up with a room key. When I went up to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. I went back downstairs and she was very apologetic, then reassigned me to another room. The second room was better, but there was quite a bit of hair in the restroom. I understand it can be hard to catch every little detail, but this was noticeable. I was only staying one night and usually bring flip-flops to shower in hotels, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. I didn’t try the breakfast since I decided to sleep in, but I did notice housekeeping knocking on my door around 9am even though checkout isn’t until noon."

One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much beyond the basics."
