The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. Dining along Rainbow Boulevard offers casual BBQ, taquerias, and Asian cuisine including pho and Thai curries. During your stay you'll have full access to your unit the amenities offered. The home includes a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the other with a spacious king bed and a TV for winding down at the end of the day. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. A sliding patio door in the kitchen opens to a walkway that leads to the fully fenced backyard. There, you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock which is perfect for enjoying outdoor time in comfort and privacy. The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals. 5 minutes to Westport and Plaza area 10 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 25-30 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market and Walmart grocery stores. 2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks. The fenced in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. There is a gate that will allow you access to that area. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them. No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine) Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted.
