The hotel location and room was nice. I didn’t like that you had to pay $5 per bag for storage if you wanted to check out if the room early. I thought giving the room before noon would be better for them especially since I was coming back before that checkout time. So I just brought my stuff back up to the room Other than that the front desk and cleaning ladies was very nice.

Good customer service and the food in the lobby restaurants was so good! Also the service at that restaurant is amazing I believe her name was Stephanie, she went out of her way to find me caffeine free Diet Coke. Also, we forgot to tell them that we don’t eat bacon after the hamburger came. They happily to get back and started another hamburger to make sure there’s no bacon residue in it.

One elevator didn’t work for the whole long weekend and we were on the 12 th floor. Had to wait a long time for the elevator and once we climbed by stairs all the way to the 12 th floor.

I really can’t say any thing negative. It was one of the cleanest hotel I ever stayed. Super nice staff.and location was excellent.

The fitness gym, games, elevators, Grab n Go facilities were all very good. The reception desk was unfriendly and gave false info. Housekeeping was also lacking.
