Cute guest suite on a lovely bay

The pool and upstairs decks have expansive views of the bay. We enjoyed watching aerial exercises at the Marine base across the way.Our hosts were extremely gracious and welcoming, and when an issue did arise they were quick to solve it.

Quiet oasis

We came out from California for my grandfather‘s funeral. Most the services were in the Kaneohe area. So this is the perfect location. Not only is the home beautiful, but the atmosphere in the quiet bliss of the bay was phenomenal. The family was very friendly and inviting and hospitable the entire time. We enjoyed ourselves and their beautiful home and recommend to anyone that is looking for a quiet oasis with beautiful views.

Hawaii trip to visit grandson

My wife and I, along with our son and his girlfriend stayed at the VRBO for 4 nights. The two bedroom set up worked out great. We enjoyed having our other son, spouse, and grandson over to visit and enjoy the very clean, solar heated pool. The place has numerous decks with incredible views of the mountains, and Kaneohe Bay. It has water access also. The owner lives adjacent, and is super friendly and can help you with any needs you have.We look forward to staying there next trip.

Wonderful escape

It was unforgettable. The house and the view are spectacular. The whole family has been very kind, warm and helpful. While they gave us a space, they helped in anything we asked for without a heartbeat. I would stay here again. Gail and Malia, we appreciate this hospitality so much!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. Gail and Red were awesome! They view on the front patio is amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there drinking our coffee. The amenities were great and made our stay so much better.

Great location & great host

From the outset communication was wonderful. Upon arrival the host was a pleasure to enage with and the space was perfect for us! With the combination of indoor and outdoor space, it was much larger than expected and extremly comfortable for our group. Swedish family on Hawaiian vacation

Great house for a Swedish family on our first Hawaii vacation. We will return to Hawaii in the future 😃 Lots of space, and a great pool to enjoy for a family of 5. Barbecue on the grill and a fantastic lounge area. I would really recommend this house to all my friends and family.

Beautiful Place!

The house is unbelievably beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Excellent views of the bay. Atrium pool and lanai living room were perfect. The hosts are great people who provide their customers with privacy and all the needs for your stay. Very friendly. You won't want to leave once here. Thank you Red and Gail for your hospitality.

Nice stay

The property is located by a marina in a residential neighborhood. We used it as a home base to explore north shore and Kailua. The layout of the property is a bit funky but it was spacious. The kitchenette is old and needs updating and a coat of paint. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and unintrusive.

Fun, Eclectic Decor

This is a casita across the pool and patio area from the owners. It is sparkling clean with fun and eclectic art and decor as well as lots of books and games. The view across Kaneohe Bay is a million dollar view, and we could sit and look at it all day and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were disappointed that the pool was unusable because it was cold (though beautiful and sparkling clean) and that the kitchen was a kitchenette (I didn’t read the description closely enough). Dishes used have to be hand washed.

Beautiful views!

Nice property with beautiful views! Pictures all accurate and portray the sitting areas and nice pool very well. However the kitchen and bedroom areas are very old. Kitchen was adequate for storing in refrigerator and using microwave but otherwise not stocked very well. There were four of us but not small glasses or 4 spoons to use for ice cream or the like. The property manager was out of town but communicated very nicely before we arrived. Her mother, who lived in big house was extremely nice and we loved talking to her. However, we suggest that the property manager leave a list for her to do if she isn’t close by. There isn’t much in this area of the island and we didn’t want crowded Waikiki. Take time to enjoy the views if you lease this property.

Paradise! Didn't want to leave.

I traveled to Oahu with my husband and six-year-old twins. It was our first time in Hawaii, and Malia, Gayle, and their family made us feel right at home. They were helpful, courteous, friendly, and responsive, gave great advice on places to go and eat, and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I was nervous about having my young kids in a shared space, given they can be overly energetic, but they were so kind and gracious and made us feel like part of the family. The home is lovely and in a fantastic location, and it was perfect for us. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Morris family for a truly memorable stay.

5-Stars!!!

Too many good things to mention but here are a few... The hosts were amazing! Gail welcomed us with the traditional Hawaiian Leigh and a kiss. "Red" and Malia were full of excellent recommendations for restaraunts and activities. The accommodations were fabulous. not only did we love our stay but by our departure day we felt like part of the family. These owners under promise and over deliver! Not a single dissapointment. Highly recommend!

A quiet retreat on Kaneohe Bay - wonderful hosts!

We stayed for two weeks. When we arrived we were told that the “heated” pool was no longer heated because the solar panels were broken and we thought about changing properties. We are SOOOO happy that we stayed! What a lovely family. They did everything they could to make up for the pool situation including providing me with neoprene swimwear so I could do laps in the morning!!! The Morris’s were so kind - true Aloha spirit - we visited and chatted a bit during our stay and they felt like family to us. They celebrated my husband’s birthday with us! They provided us with a lantern when the electricity went out for a brief period one night during a storm. They did everything and anything to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I have never stayed at a property with the owners on premises but this was ideal. I would highly recommend this property to others who do not want to be near Waikiki. H 1, 2 and 3 were super accessible to get everywhere and anywhere. Great food in the area as well!

perfect relaxing retreat

This was perfect for our group of fisherman. We all got together each evening and sat around the pool and told stories about our day on the water. On two separate nights we decided to stay in and do our own cooking. One night we had steaks on the grill! Gail was the consummate host as she gave us the tour and explained how to use everything and then she had a way of being available if we needed her but we did not feel like she was looking over our shoulder. She lives in the connecting unit but we felt like we were by ourselves. Generally I am not a big fan of B & Bs because I feel like I am intruding in someones home. I did not feel this way at Gail's place. Gail gave us a recommendation for a restaurant and it far exceeded our hopes.I highly recommend this unit. Everything was perfection!!!We will return!!
