Nice and safe hotel but poor staff.
Good experience but terrible staff. I called them to let them know that my booking was paid n confirmed onlibe But they didn't care about it plus when we reached they are saying no booking is done. Very unprofessional in behavior. Yet the rooms on the top floor are nice.
