Grounds excellent but rooms poor if I had been with somebody I would have changed. having said that if you complained the staff went out of there way to help out.

Sir, might it be possible that you confused our hotel with the previous one in/close to Galle? Because I recall our conversation before check-out when you mentioned exactly this to me ("I would have changed the rooms if I had been with someone"). I do hope you didn't have a similar experience at our place as you mentioned no complaints whatsoever to either me or my husband.

Quiet accommodation in verdant greenery
Small cozy place on a hill with a great view of the valley below from the rooftop terrace, but sadly not from the rooms! Good for quiet rest, away from city center. Some improvements can be made. For example there were bath towels but no hand towels. Mini-fridge in room would also be useful

Thank you for staying with us and providing feedback, Sir. Our suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, but not the double rooms (due to logistic reasons).

A new paradise
Inesperado después de un mes ver un hotel tan cálido limpio con una vista impresionante. Los dueños y empleados hacen toda la diferencia para que uno lo pase bien
