"The Ocean hotel staff is centrally located close to one of the big malls and a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. The roof top bar and rooms were very nice."

"Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "

"My wife and I loved our stay here! It’s right in the heart of the action off Bassac Lane and surrounded by the best bars and restaurants, yet completely quiet inside the room. The staff are incredible, so helpful and nice. The entire hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower are some of the best! Absolutely incredible value for money, best location, fantastic staff and what a view from that infinity pool:) Simply the best!"

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well appointed, offering a calm and relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. The infinity pool was a real highlight — a lovely place to unwind with great views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a very good variety of options and high-quality food, and the hotel also offers a great choice of meals throughout the day. Everything was fresh, well presented, and consistently delicious. Overall, Sun & Moon Riverside offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a boutique-style luxury stay with heart and character, I would highly recommend this hotel."
