However, we had several days without hot water, there were a couple bugs in the room and I received dozen flea bites in the first couple of days. While the rooms have been upgraded, the hallways have not and the carpets were grungy, and hallways had poor lighting. If cleaning were stepped up and hot water guaranteed we’d stay again. "The Ocean hotel staff is centrally located close to one of the big malls and a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. The roof top bar and rooms were very nice."

"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."
