Everything was lovely except that the pool was unavailable for our entire stay. 😕 The staff is friendly and the property is clean and well maintained. The stay was peaceful, we heard a baby cry in the night for a little bit but then it was very quiet. The heating and cooling work really well too. The internet had some issues too though, couldn't sign into the room code.

Great to have the entertainment of the casino for the evening. It’s nice to stay at a less busy place that is away from the crowds. It was a quiet getaway for our honeymoon.

My room was spacious and clean. However, the overall atmosphere and decor were quite dark, which gave me an eerie feeling during my stay. That is, of course, just my personal impression and observation. Overall, I have no major negative comments about the property or the service. That said, based on my personal experience, I probably would not choose to stay here again.

What a great place. We have traveled past the hotel many times and didn't stop as we were not interested in the casino. We found that there are far more things to do there and it is a great central location to visit banff and Calgary as well as many areas around to visit. The Casino is very nice and friendly.

The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom needed repair. I had to open the toilet myself to fix the flush and the sink had a very strange working faucet. We booked this room because there are few other choices in the area. We think it's a fair bit overpriced, The restaurant prices were high and breakfast area wasn't open until 8 which was too late for us. The casino and bar area were very good. We didn't use the pool.

This Casino Hotel was quiet and very well appointed. We were upgraded for free to a lovely , large suite with lots of room and a fireplace, facing the mountain range. The staff made a lovely effort to make sure we had all we needed. We enjoyed eating at the Bar inside the casino.
