It was a short walk to downtown, and Kanab Is a really nice place. We really enjoyed the hot air balloon festival, and the weather was perfect! Be forewarned, there is only a one cup coffee pot. It is updated, clean, the beds were comfy, etc. Our only complaint is that the fridge made a loud, horrendous noise half the time we were there. It was only one night so not a huge deal for us, but if we’d been there longer it would have been a big issue. We mentioned it to the property owner/manager but didn’t hear back from her. Samantha was wonderful from the start of the booking all the way until check-out. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly to interact with. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, especially after long days hiking and exploring. The surroundings are beautiful and there was even a horse not far from the back porch that the kids liked waving to and watching graze.
