Great place in a great location!

Our family enjoyed the stay in Kanab! We were close to Bryce, Zion and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. We had the added bonus of the Balloons and Tunes Hot Air Balloon Festival being in town while we there! The condo was clean and comfortable for our family!

Hiking in Kanab

Kanab townhouse was in a great location for restaurants and hikes. Very comfortable-everything was new and townhouse was well equipped. Liked having garage for car especially since it hailed. Definitely would stay here again.

Once Upon a Time in Little Hollywood.

Formerly known as a great filming location, Kanab is now a gateway to the sights of southern Utah. The unit was very convenient to all of our desired destinations, as well as providing an ideal home away from home. The hot tub was a great amenity as well. Very well-cared for and clean. We highly recommend it to any and all.

Very clean property

This was a great central location to the national parks that we had planned to visit on our trip. Kanab is a very nice small town. Would definitely stay again if planning to visit this area.

Beautiful condo

Newer and very clean condo with convenient location to drive to Zion and Bryce National Parks, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon. The hot tub was great after long hikes.

Great location for hiking

We enjoyed our stay in Kanab. The location was reasonably close to several National Parks and hiking opportunities. The house was very spacious for our family of 5. Although we visited in the middle of a heat wave, the early mornings, evenings, higher altitudes, and water related activities made it very enjoyable. We highly recommend this location if you like a small town atmosphere.

Great Stay in Kanab!

Overall, this was an excellent trip and a modern, clean and updated place to stay. Owners were super responsive and communicated well. The entire condo was well organized, very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. Very close to all the great restaurants and markets in town and within 1.5 hrs of Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot for exploring all the area has to offer!

Great townhouse in Kanab

Very clean, well appointed and centrally located townhome. The patio and deck gave us a cool, shady place to hang outside in the morning and evening. Easy check in process and host was readily available to answer any questions we had. Having access to the garage for parking was a bonus!

This home was AMAZING. Super clean, modern and great location for our stay. Amazing morning views of the mountains. We were an hour from Zion & an hour from Lake Powell. The town itself was super nice with grocery stores + along the AZ border so we could hop over there to get liquor. If this home fits the location I can’t imagine a nicer one in the town. Hot tub was clean & in great condition

Relaxing experience

My wife and I along with our son stayed here and enjoyed every minute. Great condo with everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy your vacation. Check in/out process was simple, house rules were clear, and it’s in a great location central to endless activities. If we ever come back to the area we’ll look this place up for sure. Highly recommend.

We picked the perfect place! The location is within 30-90 minutes of any national park you want to visit. Grocery, coffee, restaurants and gas stations are within walking distance. A local gym (1/2 mile away) offers daily or weekly passes. The condo is clean as well as quiet and private. The kitchen offers almost any appliance you would like to use. Great outdoor space. Check in and out was smooth. Owner always responded promptly.

The power went out and we sent a message to Steven. Within seconds he responded it was the entire town with a link to the power company web page so we could keep informed. Great communication. Check in was easy. Information on the town house need to knows was complete. COOKS. Kitchen has all the gadgets, knifes etc… enjoy. We loved it and highly recommend!!👍

GREAT PLACE

This place was everything promised. It was super clean, was in a very convenient location, and had a nice view of the mountains. The hot tub was a nice extra - as well as the fire pit. We enjoyed sitting outside as much as we enjoyed the inside. Two of the beds were comfy. One was not-so-much and squeaky! The host was really responsive. Let us check in early since we arrived in Kanab earlier than we expected. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything is modern. If I had any “complaint” it would be that the smart thermostat doesn't stay where you set it. It kept reverting back to programmed temperature in the middle of the night. But perhaps it was user error.

Great rental

Overall we had a good experience with the rental. Clean, well stocked. Appreciated the use of garage door opener and garage during our stay. The beds are all a bit hard; not terrible, but not great. And not the homeowners fault, but it's VERY cold on the main level and very warm upstairs. Literally had to put sweatshirts on when sitting on the couch together (even though had thermostat set to 71 degrees and it was warm upstairs). I was also a little taken back to learn there is a camera outside on the hot tub. I get it from the homeowners perspective, but felt creepy to learn that there was a camera and they could see us in the hot tub. Made us wonder if there is audio too? I guess just be aware that there is a camera when using the hot tub. Overall its a nice property and priced fairly. Would recommend it to others.
