Outdoor dining furniture is provided if you feel like grilling dinner and enjoying the peaceful summer evenings and take in the views. Don't feel like cooking? You're within easy walking or driving distance to terrific local restaurants. Come back and unwind around the fire pit in the fully fenced backyard and linger under the stars in style. The location was perfectly situated near the center of town and we were able to do hikes near kanab, Bryce, and Zion. (Side note Buckskin Gulch and Edmaier’s Secret is a fabulous hike!). Things that were amazing about the house: 1\. Private hot tub in the back! Note that it takes a while (Hours) to heat up to hot tub temp. 2\. The mattresses are ridiculously comfy memory foam 3\. Everything was so clean! 4\. Kitchen was well equipped (including blender and food processor) and they even had Tupperware so we could put our sandwiches in small containers for hikes. 5\. We had a great time staying in this property. I wish we had more time to spend just hanging out there! Absolutely perfect for us. The rooms are spacious, everything was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We took the mattress pad off the master bed because it was too soft, but plenty of pillows and very comfy blankets. Kitchen has everything needed and more. The backyard was amazing, grill, gas firepit, hot tub, Cornhole we we and the kids loved it. Had a few very minor issues that were handled very quickly and responsively.
