This conveniently located townhome boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and high speed internet. You'll also have access to the community gym and seasonal hot tub and pool, as well as covered parking. Located near Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park, Horseshoe Bend, and countless slot canyons. Come explore all that Southern Utah has to offer.
The Space:
Experience southern Utah! Kanab Pad is fully equipped for your dream vacation. This two-story townhome is located in El Pueblo, a family-friendly community near downtown Kanab.
Enter into the living room featuring a couch with recliners, two additional comfy chairs, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, baking dishes, crock pot, utensils and cutlery for preparing your favorite meals, ample counter space, and a counter bar with seating for two. The dining table has seating for up to six. There is also a convenient full bath (shower only) on the main level. This bathroom features complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The Master Suite features a king bed, end tables, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The Master Ensuite Bathroom features a tub/shower combo with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner. This bathroom is a jack-and-jill style bathroom with additional access from the hallway.
Guest Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, nightstand, and large closet. Guest Bedroom 2 features twin over full bunk bed, large closet, and fold down table ideal for laptop or workspace.
When you venture outside, you'll find a back patio with seating to enjoy the unobstructed views to the south, or stare at the starry sky. You will have access to one designated covered parking spot with ample uncovered extra parking available right in front of the unit.
You will also have access to the community pool, hot tub, and gym!
Guest Access:
Self check-in via eyless entry! We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. You'll have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically open for Spring Break (usually the last week of March) and close on October 1st. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.
Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!
The Neighborhood:
Kanab Pad is located in Kanab's beautiful neighborhood, El Pueblo. El Pueblo offers a lot for the family. As mentioned, there's a community gym, pool and hot tub. It is very important to read and follow all the rules for your family's safety. Failure to do so could result in a revocation of clubhouse privileges. Please be respectful.
Note: If your GPS System does not take you to the correct address, please search "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.
There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.
Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
Getting Around:
This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

This unit is in a great location and was very clean and well stocked with items we may need. However, I had to lower the rating solely due to the very uncomfortable king mattress and bunk bed mattresses. The King was extremely lumpy we had to sleep in another room and couldn’t make it work for us. My kids also kept telling me the bunk bed mattresses were too hard. If the owner got new high quality mattresses that would make it a 5 star, until then it’s a 3. Sleeping is very important when traveling and bad mattresses made a huge impact on our well-being and quality of our stay.
