The Space: With room for up to 9 adults and kids, bring family and friends on your dream southern Utah vacation! There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Full bed plus a pull out Trundle, Master bedroom also has a Fold out pad for extra bedding. There's also is a sofa Queen sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy plenty of seating in the living room while you watch the large screen TV that has access to local channels and multiple streaming services. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to prepare and enjoy great meals to fuel up for everything you'll be doing that day. Kitchen items include, a crock pot, tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, muffin tin, cookie sheet, cake pan, bread pan, and toaster. When you come back, prepare a great dinner and gather around the table to discuss all your findings and plan for the next day's adventure. At bedtime, you'll be ready to sleep on one of the comfy queen beds (and there's even a twin pull-out attached to one of them). Your kids will love the cute decor and furnishings! This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are **NOT** allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy. Guest Access: Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. You'll have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically open for Spring Break (usually the last week of March) and close on October 1st. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it. Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation! The Neighborhood: Blue's Desert I4 is located in Kanab's beautiful neighborhood, El Pueblo. El Pueblo offers a lot for the family. As mentioned, there's a community gym, pool and hot tub. It is very important to read and follow all the rules for your family's safety. Failure to do so could result in a revocation of clubhouse privileges. Please be respectful. Note: Most GPS Systems will not take you to the correct address. Please search on "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Getting Around: This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Other Things to Note: Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Blue's Desert is centrally located near several attractions in Kanab. It's only a short walk or drive to multiple restaurants, shops, and other local destinations. Again, please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a **$250 fee** to replace it. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! The home itself is well situated and even has beautiful views of the red rock of Kanab from the unit. Overall it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again ourselves. The hosts themselves were communicative, professional and resolved any issues we had quickly (the pool key did not work on our arrival, this was fixed ASAP so that we could take full advantage of the amenities) - this is so appreciated as a traveler. I guess we missed a pic that showed a townhouse. Our bad. So, if a townhouse with people on either side of you is what you want, then this will work. That being said, it was clean and well kept. The owners went above and beyond with the items they offer in the home. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the community pool, shopping in Kanab and being close to Coral Pink San Dunes, Zion and Bryce. The home had an overall great feel to it. ##### Stahr A.
