- This newly renovated 2-bedroom condo at the Mauna Lani Resort is now available for your next vacation. This condominium/townhome is bright and airy and spans two floors with large windows to allow in the natural light. This popular floor plan features a second floor entirely dedicated to the master bedroom, with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, tv with cable box and a large covered outdoor lanai. The downstairs features new driftwood flooring, a fresh paint job and updated appliances. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed, tv with cable box and a complete bathroom. The kitchen and dining space open to a large wrap-around covered lanai with a built-in BBQ and space to entertain outdoors. Other amenities of this home include WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, a laundry room with detergent provided and a garage. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a lush property constructed on 20 private acres in the heart of the resort. It features beautifully landscaped grounds with walking trails and a large amenity complex with a hotel-style pool, hot tubs and recreation facilities. Guests of this property will have access to the private Beach Club and the many shops and restaurants that are a short walk away from this turn-key vacation property.
