The guest room can be made up as Twin XL beds or a King, also with gel foam pads for luxury comfort. There are 7 courses within 8 miles of the Fairways. Tennis? Yep!! Over 12 courts within walking distance. Boogie boarding? Yep!! Hapuna Beach is some of the best boogie boarding in Hawaii. The property itself is private and well stocked. We could do star gazing right at the never crowded swim pool when it’s new moon and no clouds. Beautiful! The owner’s beach club is few minutes drive and is fabulous! There’s a trail leading to a snorkeling site where the snorkeling boats stop (just a little further after the famous 15th south course hole), where menta rays can be spotted. We didn’t know until the last day and may try it next time! Foodland is just a couple of minutes away. So convenient for breakfast, fresh fruits, drinks, ice cream and some simple food to go including poke. The owner communicated spontaneously. The house is private, clean and quiet as it’s on the end of a cul de sac of sorts and backs up to one of the many golf courses so there wasn’t a lot of road noise, the landscaping is well maintained and we were all very comfortable. The benefit of access to the beach club and community pools were a huge hit for my group of kids and adults alike. The proximity to golf and shopping was so helpful as well. Seriously we highly recommended this spot to anyone wanting to relax and not worry about packing or buying beach gear as the unit was fully stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs etc. We will definitely be returning one day hopefully. We loved hearing the birds in the morning, and enjoyed the private yard and lanai. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, and we also enjoyed that. The home is well-equipped and comfortable, and we used some of the snorkel equipment we found in the garage at the Beach Club (a very nice beach!). We definitely enjoyed our stay! ##### Kathy J. We had an incredible experience staying at this condo on the Big Island. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, offering a lot of privacy, but still close to great restaurants, golf, and beautiful beaches. We loved the pool and hot tub area, and access to the private beach was a huge plus! The owners have truly gone above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need, even things we hadn’t thought to bring. Communication was seamless, and check-in was smooth. This place felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return! ##### Brandon S. We loved it’s easy access to the beach and nearby shopping/groceries. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance until the last few days of our stay. Super private. We never saw or heard any neighbors during our week plus stay, even though we were surrounded by other owners and guests. The owner has the unit well stocked with just about anything you need. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Large, extremely clean and not crowded. The beach had free cabanas and a great restaurant which we enjoyed. This unit was absolutely perfect for our stay and as advertised. We had a family member stay with us the night of the wedding so the extra bedroom and bathroom worked out perfectly. The location of the rooms was also nice because you couldn’t hear a thing. Kitchen was well stocked and the bikes (although we ran out of time to use them) and snorkel gear/beach chairs were in great shape. Access to the owners beach club/restaurant were perfect for the day of our arrival and day of the wedding when we only had time to get a quick bite and relax for a couple of hours. Communication with on island PM was also appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and stay here next time with our 2 boys. ##### Jennifer L.
