Clean, everything in good working order. Kitchen well stocked for cooking with a nice gas grill. The private beach club is very convenient. We would definitely book here again.
This property is very attractive and well represented in the posting. Everything was clean, kitchen is well supplied, and the outdoor spaces are terrific.
We really enjoyed our stay! The location in the complex was great, 1-2 building from the pool. We didnât use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked. The whole place was very comfortable and welcoming and the amenities were great! We preferred the beach club to the Hilton pool, but it was a nice option. Our girls loved the bikes. Overall, we would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again!
The Mauna Lani area is our favourite on the island. This property provides good access to all the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked. There are bikes, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and kids beach toys. Everything to make your stay enjoyable.
Loved everything about my stay here! Beautifully kept townhouse thatâs spacious and so relaxing. Amy was super helpful and assisted whenever needed. Additional bonus points for access to the Mauna Lani private beach club and the Hilton Waikoloa Pools! Thanks so much Amy!
We found communication fast. The house had everything we needed. Nice location and the pool was great. Bed comfortable and host was nice to drop off extra supplies.
What a wonderful stay. Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood. Two pools/gym is steps away along with passes to Mauna Lani Beach Club (snorkel the cove reefs -highly recomended) and Hilton Pool. Only issue is that it ended. :)
Weâve stayed in other complexes in Mauna Lani and love the resort. This was our first time staying in Kulalani. The pools and fitness center in the complex are fantastic and we used them often. The condo was great and worked well for our family. Small things like having more silverware and glasses and some kind of bakeware in the kitchen would be helpful.
Weâve stayed in several units in Kulalani before over the years. This unit completely met our expectations and needs at an excellent price. No complaints. Listing information was all completely accurate. Unit was very clean and equipped to the standards weâd expect.
Would stay here again.
We really enjoyed the property. The beach pass and pool pass were very nice and we used on multiple days. The location was excellent with many options for dining and shopping. Plenty of opportunities to run or walk around and outside the property. The condo was fantastic, directions were clear about what to do. The only challenge was the gate code the first night. But we got it resolved. We would stay again.
Very nice and clean apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
The check in did not go well, an hour late, since the apartment has not yet been cleaned, was a small misunderstanding that was then clarified, everything is fine! For this we were allowed to stay in the apartment for a few hours longer, thank you very much for that. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended.
This property was great. The area is close to everything and the beach club had the best snorkeling we could find, and we went to lots of beaches. The recommendation would be if the pool could be heated since it was a bit cold and the kids didnât want to use it much. Other than that it was great and Amy was super responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Great location. The grounds are really beautiful. You can walk to the Fairmont Hotel and Pyroglyphics. The lap pool is really nice and the lagoon pool is great if you have kids. Our check in was not ideal we were given the wrong gate code to enter the property. Also there was no parking pass so we had to park in the garage. With an explorer it was very tight. The host needs to update her check in information.
This house is lovely and is conveniently located to everything you really need. Amy was responsive and did her best to accommodate any of our requests. The garage has a bunch of beach stuff that you and your family could use, so you don't technically have to rent or bring anything from home, including some bottles of SPF, 4 boogie board, 4 bikes, life jackets, snorkel gear with fins, beach toys, beach umbrellas beach chairs, ice chest with wheels, pool noodles, etc. The bathrooms were good (one powder room by the entrance, and 2 full bathrooms upstairs (one with jets). The balconies are nice and private. My only gripe was finding a pan in the kitchen that was not all scratched up, but I understand that this isn't the host's fault, we the guests need to take better care of the cookware. Back to the fun experiences, the special passes for the Hilton pool with the slide and the Mauna Lani beach access for snorkeling is the best! When we come back to the big island, we're definitely reaching out to Amy here.
This condo is in a great development comprising Kulalani townhomes and Kamilo houses. Wonderful pool area and gym, but best of all is beach club access. The house has lots of beach toys and umbrellas, chairs, etc. There was one major problem however, and that was the cockroaches and bugs in the townhome itself. The manager was very responsive to this problem, but had to send out the exterminator twice. Hopefully after we left they have done a thorough bombing of the place which can't be done with renters there. And the unit could use some maintenance and updating - some outdoor chairs are pretty worn out and some of the window blinds were broken but usable. Amy, the manager, was quick to respond and help with our issues and did a great job.
We had a magical time as a family. Off to beaches, hikes, nearby shopping and lots of places to dine at. We spent a day in Hilo, ate at the Hawaiian Style Cafe, tasted a wide variety of Mochi at the Two Ladies Kitchen, walked through the Liliuokalani Botanical Gardens, relaxed at Coconut Island, then ventured over to Kaumana Caves.
On other days we took a day trip to the Papakolea Green Sand beach. Took a coffee farm tour (must do!), visited a Macadamia Nut Factory, ate shaved ice almost everyday and swam at Kua Bay. We also swam at the Mauna Lani Beach Club every other day and ate at Beach Club restaurant. The fish tacos are awesome! Sooo many more wonderful experiences, too long to list, the nicest part of our vacation was returning back to our Condo, unwinding and relaxing in the spa.
Oh...and the acai bowls at Juice 101 are the best!! Practically a short walk away from the Condo. We feasted on poke almost every day, thanks to Foodland!
I look forward to returning.
The resort property itself was amazing, and the proximity to the beautiful pool area and gym was wonderful.
The unit itself was a bit dated and the quality of some of the items was not really up to resort standard.
There was no streaming service for the television or device for connecting music, which was disappointing.
The master bedroom and enormous deck were what made the place better than average, however the main lanai was very small and had a very awkward set of patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy.
Tried to contact the property manager on a couple occasions and never heard back?
One of the landscape sprinklers was soaking the patio furniture every day, but we eventually figure out how to correct the matter ourselves.
Apart from that, the unit appears to be strictly a rental and so lacks some of the nicer touches of having an owner involved.

Nice stay in Mauna Lani
The home and community are beautiful. The pool complex is just one building away and very nice. Overall a decent experience but was quite disappointed that the advertised Hilton pool passes were not available, as we were counting on using them. Also with no available parking pass and incorrect gate code, check-in had a couple hiccups, although when we let them know, the host called the manager so we could still park outside as our van didn't fit in the garage too well. The house is quite nice but has minimal complimentary consumables (toilet paper, laundry soap, garbage bags etc..) (Would also suggest a wagon and cookie sheets be added to the available items). Comfortable outdoor chairs on lower patio and comfortable sofa in the house, the dining chairs inside are uncomfortable. The air conditioning worked very good, better than most rentals I've been in, but the control of it, isn't ideal as it is set to a preset schedule which you could only change the temperature temporarily. The owners beach pass came with the unit and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the beach and chairs there. Communication was a little slow but we really did appreciate a late check out though, the host was gracious to offer in exchange for doing some additional laundry. We were ok with that, was very nice to have the additional time before our flight. Overall a good stay with a few hiccups. Lovely community and grounds.
Absolutely lovely place to stay for our home away from home on the Big Island. Do note that the beds are extremely firm; not a problem for us, but wanted to share in case it is for someone else.
