Welcome to the private gated community of Moani Heights nestled within the world renowned and legendary designed, Mauna Kea Resort by Laurance S. Rockefeller. Working closely with nature was his mind set when planning the resort which was perceived as being unique and now loved by generations who have created life-long memories! Located through the Westin Hapuna Mauna Kea gate, Moani Heights is a lush community with beautiful ocean, mountain, golf and coastal views. This striking, inviting, and spacious home was the largest model offered! The circular drive wraps around tropical landscaping stimulating the anticipation of what is inside! Designed around a spacious Great Room with tall ceilings, mahogany trims and sliding doors, this room opens to a large outdoor covered lanai, gardens, lounges, and seating areas which provide an oasis escape! The solar pool and large spa complete the landscape! Being the center of the home, the Great Room also has access to the large dine-in kitchen with state of the art appliances and gas stove, as well as access to the large laundry room with a new LG washer and dryer that leads out to the two car garage.. Exceeded expectations, was a magical place to stay celebrating a big birthday for my wife. Literally anything and everything one might need was there, from kitchen to laundry to bathroom, bedroom, etc. Views are amazing, and distance to MKBH is next to nothing. Couple minor typical Hawaiian house hiccups were taken care of immediately and at no inconvenience to us.
