Additional features include: dual guest suites, each with flatscreen TV and well-appointed, attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and soaking tub, secondary has two XL twin beds that can be converted into a king), air conditioning and ceiling fans, a washer/dryer closet, and one-car garage brimming with water toys, folding chairs, a cooler and utility wagon—everything needed for the perfect beach day. This residence is about one mile from the ocean. Guests will enjoy exquisite ocean, golf and mountain vistas from the superbly-furnished, covered lanai that includes an outdoor dining table for six and plush lounge furniture. Resort charging privileges and access to the Kumulani Recreation Center are also available.
