With an access path to walking trails just outside the front door, it is only a short walk away from the Beach Club and the picturesque coastline of the famed Kohala Coast. Tucked away from the noise and sounds of the Mauna Lani Resort, this upgraded gem offers fresh interior spaces with Brazilian teak wood floors, a bold color palette and tropical design accents that make you feel at home in Paradise. The main living space and master bedroom feature large glass sliders that open to spacious covered lanais - where you will want to spend all your time enjoying the tropical breezes and serene lagoon views! The kitchen features an open concept with new appliances and ample space to prepare home-cooked meals. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen television, a dining room that seats 6, as well as outdoor dining or lounging options.
