The receptionists were not at all able to speak English, nor answer questions about tours they posted on their wall. The pool listed is nonexistent so don't expect to take a refreshing swim; what you will see is a pile of rubble in the courtyard. No food or drink service, but the walk to the tourist area /night market wasn't far.
