A larger master bedroom en suite , 1 other bedroom with general bathroom all with hot water shower facilities (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms total). The living room and dining area are nicely decorated with comfortable furniture . Balcony access through large floor to ceiling doors that allow natural light into flat. Balcony with a view of residential area of ntinda , the rooftop with a good view of naguru and surrounding areas, the compound is a concrete with a designated parking spot. The property is secure with day and night guard and enclosed in a high perimeter wall fence. All windows and doors with burglar proofing.
