Everything was clean and smelled fresh and was well stocked with amenities. The breakfast area had expanded and is a continental style breakfast bar. The staff were friendly and helpful and the easy of check-in and check-out was appreciated. We will be staying here in the future. "

The sink in the kitchen of my room had no plumbing connected underneath, this must have been a known issue because the water was turned off. The man at the front desk was so difficult to understand and gave me a hard time checking in. The hot water in the shower only lasted about 6 min before running cold. The cable only had a handful of channels. "

A well appointed kitchen for common use. Excellent value. We need to be in the Plattsburgh area again in a few weeks and have already reserved a room again. "
