The parking rates are well posted within the amenities description on Expedia as well as on our own website and confirmation email you received. We provide heated, underground gated parking with direct access to the hotel and elevators to and from your guest room. We also offer Valet parking and EV charging at additional fees. Alternatively, you can park in a Sun Peaks Resort parking lot in the resort. There is still a parking fee, while less than the hotel parking, it is a surface gravel lot approximately 1.5km from the hotel. The pool has been closed 2 hours earlier due to a maintenance issue. The issue is the quality of the water. Unfortunately, we had a lot of uncooperative guests who overcrowded hot tubs, spilled drinks in the water and on the pool deck, and drank in the pool area. Braking of rules results in chemical imbalance, which is a health hazard.This is certainly not the image we wish to portray and I would like to apologize for the level of service you received.
