The kitchen has state of the art appliances and is well stocked with new dishes and cookware. The adjacent laundry room also has a new washer and dryer for washing wet ski clothes. There is a patio area with private hot tub for relaxation after a great day on the slopes or exploring the Uintah mountains. This 3 bedroom luxury condo in the Black Rock condo neighborhood offers a King master bedroom with beautifully appointed ensuite bath, fresh 5 Star white linens and new Sealy mattress. There are two additional Queen suites with new Sealy mattresses and an adjacent large bath, which is equipped with an oversize tub and shower. The condo offers sleeping for 6 guests. We had everything we needed and grocery stores are within easy distance for food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We did run out of hot water rather quickly after 1 person showered. The alarm system was new to us but the owner helped us with it in a patient manner. It looks perfect for people who want to ski in the area. We were there in the summer. It looks to be set up for skiers. We did not use the hot tub but bet it would be great after a day on the slopes.
