"When we went for breakfast that coffee machine was broken, along with the pancake machine and there was a very poor selection of what looked to be unclean condiments for the toast. There were fire hazards in the hallway and a trolley blocking the fire exit. There were not mats in the room, and as we had arrived just after a storm all of the dirt from our shoes and suitcases were dragged into the room."

Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. Will never stay there again and will advise my many dozens of fellow travellers we regularly share trips with, not to consider this venue. We have travelled around the world many times and locally dozens of times, and have never struck such a moronic group of desk staff (who by the way could barely speak or be understood in our native language).
