"We travel a lot, and I worked in hospitality for a few years. I can say with some level expertise, that this staff is among the best in the country. The property is very nice and the rates were competitive, but the staff made this a hotel I would intentionally return to regardless of room rate. Next time in Kalispell, I won't even shop around."
