A bright and sunny spacious one bedroom walk out basement with queen bed, private bath, private entrance and large living room with patio below hosts. There is a fridge, microwave and toaster oven for a quick morning breakfast or late night snack. There is a coffee pot as well. A dining table provides a place to use a laptop or a light meal. There is a couch and electric fireplace to enjoy. Queen air mattress provided upon request. There will be noise such as footsteps above you during the day but after 8 it will be very quiet
