The light in one of the rooms and in front of unit were not working and I had to leave a message on after-hours with no avail; then called during reception hours but by that time housekeeping team had left. Need to heat the pool- this would make the stay sooooo much better as we could all have had fun in the pool day & night. Update the rooms would make a huge difference also. Quite expensive considering almost nothing was operational. Outside lighting is turned off relatively early making night time walking from units to visits friends an exercise in “watch where you step”. It is rarer to find a resort these days don’t have wifi available in the rooms. This resort is one of those rarities.
