All linen supplied but No Bath Towels please bring your own .. The main living area is serviced by a 7kw reverse cycle air conditioner that overflows to the 4 bedrooms, as does the gas heater during winter. The main bedroom has 1 x Queen Bed and its own reverse cycle air conditioner, mirrored sliding door wardrobe and en-suite. All other bedrooms also have there own reverse cycle air con. Second bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with tri bunk bed, and 4th also has a tri-bunk bed.. .(Tri-bunks are 1 double on the bottom and 1 single bed on top.) Stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer in spacious well stocked kitchen. Large screen TV and DVD player in spacious lounge room, with dining flowing through to the open kitchen area as well. Large corner bath in main bathroom with a separate shower. Washing machine in laundry with separate toilet. Out the back there is a shaded undercover entertaining area and in the front a seating area not undercover or shaded, but great area for winter both with gardens, Back area has a gas BBQ and second beer/bait fridge plus an enclosed lawn area . There are 2 driveways that provide plenty of parking for cars and boats. All within easy walking distance to beaches, the river and shops. You will be very happy with this lovely homely well set up property. Now with WiFi -- No Pets. Please note 1\. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2\. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. Excellent stocked kitchen, made cooking and serving easy. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay. A few missing things would have made it perfect but we did without them. No dryer in the laundry which was a down side but not a problem if not raining. No dishwasher which we really missed and being a large group with a lot of dishes was a big inconvenience. During the whole weeks rental the bees were not removed and we were unable to use the backyard and BBQ area fully. One member of our group was stung.
