The place was clean and comfortable. It's close by to the Kalamazoo Mall and plenty of restaurants, activities, and amenities. Relatively quiet considering you're in the heart of the city. Parking is secure and off of the street. We have no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Sara W. Beautifully decorated and up to date The outside will fool you, the inside very artsy and cool. Lovely… My only advice, Don’t Smoke anywhere near the unit. I put my friend up from Australia and didn’t go over the rules. His smoking by the door got him evacuated immediately, no refund, basically paid for three nights and got to enjoy for 12 hours.. Love the updates inside. From the outside, you would not realize how nice it is done on the inside! Everything was very clean! The only complaint we had, was there was only a half roll of toilet paper and no extra which we didn’t know until getting back late at night. Contacted the manager but it was pretty late at night so I didn’t expect to hear back until morning. Which is what happened.
