The room was clean. The staff was nice. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Yemp of room was good. They only stocked two bath towels and we had four guests booked. Be aware that there is a parking fee, a maintenance fee, and 100 additional refundable deposit.

Beautiful resort, incredible location, gorgeous grounds, comfortable room, friendly staff, pretty much the whole package! I cannot recommend the Royal Kona Resort enough. Thank you for everything! Definitely try their restaurant and mai tai bar as well. My partner and I loved it there!

I would not recommend the hotel. Had bad water maintenance system. Out balcony was full of water and it was raining inside our room. The service at the bar next to the pool was bad. This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona.
