Nestled within a gated community next to the ocean, this bright and spacious garden view 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner home is located along the 13th hole of the Kona Country Club. It features a 400sq foot wrap-around lanai with two seating areas, golf course views, partial ocean and mountain views and is surrounded by blooming plumeria, palms, royal orchid trees and more. Inside, the “House in the Garden” has modern finishes to include sleek laminated flooring, stone countertops, updated bathrooms and a new washer/dryer. A fun and interesting feature of the home is the artwork and artifacts from around the Pacific Rim, including items and furnishings from Cambodia, Bali, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Alaska and the Hawaiian Islands. At the Surf and Racquet Club, guests can take advantage of a range of amenities such as three tennis/pickleball courts (with nighttime lighting), a swimming pool (with lap-lane), a clubhouse, a volleyball/badminton court, multiple public beach access areas (sunsets and swimming) and a nearby BBQ Pavilion.
