This 3rd floor corner unit features a wraparound lanai facing west and south for full, unobstructed ocean views and the best possible breeze! The unit has been beautifully updated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay on top of the ocean. Central air conditioning keeps the unit comfortable, especially on those warmer days and nights. The most up-to-date internet/wifi equipment' features high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary. Watch never-ending spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your lanai. AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026 In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced. The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed. The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time. Amenities include: Small appliances include a hair dryer and iron. Designated parking stall at no charge This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here. The ocean is teeming with life! Sit on your lanai and watch spinning dolphins year around and humpback breaching just offshore during the winter and spring months. Turtles and eels find plenty of sustenance in the tide pools. Wake up and fall asleep to the calming sound of the ocean. Kitchen is well appointed with cookware and utensils. Linens were nice. Unit was very clean and neat when we arrived. (Carpet could use a good cleaning.) The continuous sound of the waves was Awesome. Tracy is probably the best property manager we have ever dealt with, she responded immediately to all of our questions. The view is probably the best on the island and location is within walking distance from town and many restaurants and attractions. We did have a little trouble when checking in, as the lock box with the key was corroded and it took a little time to open it. We tried to reach out to the property manager with a couple of questions and concerns and we were told that someone would be getting back to us but no one ever did. No big deal really and we had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone going to Kailua Kona! ##### Thomas S.
