We spent every morning and evening sitting out on the Lanai enjoying the surfers and sounds of the ocean. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and relatively well equipped for cooking, etc. The only slight critique is that there is only one air condition and it keeps the common area very cool but the back bedroom was very warm even with fans on. Adding an AC unit to the back bedrooms would be a huge plus if the owners would consider this. It would also be nice if local recommendations and information were available in the condo, to add a more personal touch. Being able to walk into town for coffee or dinner was a huge plus along with beach chairs, towels and a cooler. The condo was perfect for our week vacation and we will stay again! ##### amy c. A short walk from restaurants in Kona, this condo has a fantastic location. Large balcony with amazing view right on the water! Rare experience waking up to the sound of the ocean, sipping coffee in the morning, or a sunset cocktail.
