I’ll never do business with anyone represented by them (Vacasa) ever again. It took me 2 days just to get ahold of someone about the TV not working. I had to unhook and unplug all the wires and cables, replug set it up again myself because every representative I talked to kept passing the buck saying they actually didn’t manage the particular condo I was renting. I fixed the problem myself. It took me 4 days to get someone to help me with the non functioning washing machine. The representative told me to go to the laundromat and do my laundry there and they would reimburse me later. Just what I want to do on my vacation. The icing on the cake was the next door condo being remodeled the last 4-5 days I was there and having to listen to the power tools and saws all day. No blinds at all on the living room sliding glass doors affording a feeling of zero privacy, especially at night… ##### Joel H. We used the little cooler almost every day for our day trips. The blue recliner chair was comfortable and I loved the bed. ##### Anna S. Not only is this flat two short blocks from Konatown, it is stocked with amenities you would love to have but not expect: fully stocked cookware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, beach chairs, beach towels, games, fans,AC, beautiful Hawaii furniture and prints.
